Mark tweeted recently that he doesn't control when channel partners start receiving payments from vendors or the process. However when payments have started coming in per the recent 10Q, albeit at a small start, one must realize this is in line with something Mark tweeted earlier in the year. He said it will start small but definitely grow. So the payments have already started and that tells me there are deals done. One may choose to dismiss the deals as not having been closed yet however I will choose to believe that they have started and the next quarter will show an increased licensing payment from Cyber Safety Inc. (ACS).

One has to realize that when something is implemented that common sense would tell us that you test a small portion of them going live before you implement the large majority. If the small test portion has started and were paid, you can't think that the remainder are far behind. I guess you can if you want to but don't be surprised when the revenue goes up considerably going forward.
