I take the first quote as a safe Harbor statement. As far as the second quote I would think if University of Pennsylvania was going to pull the license they would have done it when Poly went bankrupt. CTIX/IPIX has owned Brilacidin since Sept 2013 without a problem. IPIX has built up considerable value in B IP.
