My observation is Ceo is waiting for Lam to sell their final small amount of shares that they maybe holding thought I can’t say for certain. CEO may file optional 8k of completion 3(A) to add to the catalyst.
If he’s meeting with Fly Communications then that’s well worth the wait. Sounds like a big reseller.
