Well, that's my point. It seems to come down to us getting a deal and succeeding or nothing at all.
The amount of CYA in the 10K is illustrative of the uncertainty. Leo was worth over $100 million four years ago. He's one botched deal away from losing it. I have no doubt hes doing everything he can to seal the deal with more on the line than all of us combined.
Anyone not worried between now and a deal announcement has some screws loose.
