I wanted to make a few comments about competition. I worked for a comany that was the first to discover CCFDNA. Circulatig cell free dna. We were the first to launch a test, captured huge market share and changed medicine. I had 25000,stock options.
Fast forward a few years later and the story was a disaster. My company got its ass kicked by other competitors.The company was bought out for pennies on the dollar. The worst part was one of the companies that got a late start is now the leader.
The point is to do it right or do it fast.
