Traditional or not, a favorable financing deal is critical for the company right now. The devil is in the details and will be interesting to see what the final terms of any deal are. I'm hopeful the deal will be completed in the 30 day window as called out in the PR so DECN can fully implement the current plan for products into early 2019.
