If they are in active discussions I'm sure they are trying to make a deal to avoid treble damages ... but the rule 33 discussion seemed to be standard court procedure --- I don't think anything was happening at that point.

Hopefully we will find out soon ..... all I can do is smoke all this weed while I'm waiting.
