If Leo needed Aspire he would have made it happen. He doesn’t want or need to dilute shareholders if the partnership is consummated. He is a large shareholder so it wouldn’t make sense to go through with Aspire, when you are finalizing a much better one. Any partnership would be better than the Aspire. The Terms agreement is in place for both B-OM and IBD. It should be fairly straightforward. Its really up to BP completing their DD. I’m anticipating any deal would conclude before the Nov conference, worst case. Any day now best case.
