No way is this Global Pharma going to let another BP
have a shot at partnering with IPIX for Brilacidin rights.
There were 20 or so cda's and I'm sure many were for B.
This Global Pharma won out IMO by making an offer for IBD that Leo
could not refuse.
When the deal is finalized you can bank on the word BILLION being in Leo's PR somewhere.
