Also, they aren't employees...they are advisors and are likely being paid with stock grants.

The fact that these people were even willing to get involved with Utopya is a positive sign as they must feel that the stock they are being paid with will be worth something in the near future.

These types of tech leaders are in high demand these days and I doubt they would waste their time with a relatively unknown startup if they didn't think it would lead to much bigger things.....and a much higher stock price
