Yes with no news since the downgrade from otcqb to pink, no updates on contract signings, Running out of common shares to issue and vender lawsuits for non payment the picture looks pretty desperate for VLDI.
They will have to either increase authorized share count or do a R/S since they are probably out of common shares since they only had about 11 M left as of July and they have been burning at a rate of about 15M shares per month.
It looks like Q3 will be no different than the last two quarters, so that leaves Q4 as either make or break for VLDI.
BTW last year by this time VLDI had issued about 6-7 PRs and this year none so far.
