Today’s PR obviously getting some mixed reactions. I like that they are looking for near term acquisitions, but obviously the AS increase is kind of scary. However, the OS remains unchanged and we still will not see any conversions, per the PR.

So if we are still not going to see dilution, I guess I don’t understand the AS increase. Does this mean they plan to issue new shares as payment when they acquire another business? If that’s the case would those shares have to be sold into the market?

Anyone able to explain why this AS increase is desirable? Or necessary?
