Correct, everything gets rolled into the valuation especially the demand for cyber security technology. This would comand a higher valuation. IMO.
What I also didn't include in my valuation are deals between BST and SFOR.
Although SFOR gets a percentage of deals done, the true value to SFOR is the 49% ownership of BST.
BST could be worth Billions a year from deals.
At $9.99 / month X 1M subscribers = $10M per month X 12 months = $120M per year X 10 times valuation = $1.2B
If BST could pull those numbers off in the crypto world, SFOR valuation could be:
$1.2B / 49% = $588M / 2.3B shares = $0.26 per share (Just for owning 49% of bsafe) NOTE: At 30X valuation it would be $0.78 per share
The numbers can go in many directions. I'm looking forward to the coming months and all three possable catalysts (BST, LAWSUITS and ACS)
