If $35M is raised (I'm looking for bigger numbers because we actually have products and patents) my simple math is as such:
$35M X 10 times = $350M (very conservative) Please note: $1B valuation would be 28.6X (still very reasonable and plenty of higher valuations out there).
This puts BST in position for a buyout of at least $350
SFOR owns 49%, therefore:
$350M X 49% = $171.5M
Per share = $171.5M / 2.3B shares OS = $0.075 ( just from the ICO which, if sucessful, should be complete in the next 5ish months).
This does not include lawsuits and deals from ACS.
HOW DO WE COME UP WITH A VALUATION FOR SFOR's PATENTS?
In other words, BST upon completion of STO, if successful should be worth atleast $350M. Add in ACS deals and if lawsuits are also successful...
Keep in mind 10X valuation is very low. Could be 20X or even 30X, just look at all the others.
As always IMO
