One or more reasons below:
1. Not yet ready to market all varieties of phones. Assuming they are waiting on full development and.manufacturing of all variations of models before launch and PR.
2. Cannot disclose sensitive information prematurely, for fear of disclosing information that could be strategically used against them by competitors.
3. The total scam theory.
4. Lacks sufficient funding and/or staffing to proceed with development, manufacturing and marketing.
5. They are not obligated to keep shareholders informed.
6. Starkweather's promised timetable/promises were too agressive and they are still trying to figure out the aftermath of his departure and the formulation of a measured response.
These are a few items that come to mind. Indo not believe it is a scam. I am a shareholder and fully expect some type of update from the new CEO this month or next. At the current sp, now is the time for everyone to get in on the ground floor.
