This is only part of the process. The State is who grants the license. While this license is great they still have not got state approval. The two other labs have received state approval with a different process of testing while Evio and the other have not.

While EVIO is allowed to test medical within the state we need the state license for the coveted recreational license. Make no mistake this is life and death as recreational once in full force will in all probability reduce much of the medical marijuana as no cards etc along with a crap load of personnel info.
