The three milestones are part of the Aspire agreement. Leo doesn’t want this agreement now that he concluding a binding agreement with a BP. So why would Leo make one of the milestones and then be held to Aspire’s agreement? They won’t be making any of the milestones as that is the new plan. They can meet with the FDA, EOM when they get BTD it will be past September, no Aspire.
