$$$ OCT SETTLEMENT $$$ IMO this can't go past OCT without
getting the next SETTLEMENT because R&G will have had
to have been given their ORAL by the judge by then and
since so far we've not seen them on the ORAL docket
it can only mean one thing $$$ SETTLEMENT $$$ negotiations
r close to done. Add in CSCO will be reporting in that time
period and they will have to disclose in their filing what they
know about the DUO acquisition and u can for sure believe they
won't want to disclose to shareholders the potential of a
$100 MILLION $$$+ lawsuit LOSS just because they
made that acquisition.
it only makes sense CSCO wants this SETTLED b4 they
have to disclose their OCT report
