I emailed company - effectively SB, telling him essentially the same thing - you are left open to a lot of criticism by telling things are imminent, just need to be signed, Delaware offer etc.

I really think he is going to get it done, but he is out there on the limb AGAIN.

For me the contract that needs to be signed is the big one - we should have that name today or tomorrow based on his language in the SHL.

The other item on the NDA - he KNOWS the date the NDA expires - why not just say that on X date I will reveal - that is the day the NDA expires - instead he left it open ended.

He better be straight with us now - a lot riding on his every commit.
