Of course they would be investigating Clinton and Obama as they have been doing their dirt for the past eight years.
The vast majority of its lawsuits have been dismissed.[1]
The majority of the lawsuits have filed are due to the FBI and DOJ refusal to hand over documents requested by a FOIA.
JW gives them enough time and if they fail to respond, JW files a lawsuit and those ARE NOT DISMISSED. That's how they finally got the Strzok and Page texts and the last batch of Hillary's emails.
Recently JW discovered that there were NO court hearings on any of the FOUR FISA warrants!
