In Germany, a 70 year old woman was beaten up by 3-5 immigrants between 12 and 15 years old carrying sticks.
Why do you ask ? She refused to sell them cigarettes.
The immigrants didn’t get any charges and all ready next day they were sat free, because they were too young to take against any charges or go to prison.
