"Both" is the wrong term here. This year is the first time they've used the term IBD rather than UP or UC. I'm hoping "IBD" means the entire gamut:

Ulcerative Proctitis
Ulcerative Proctosigmoiditis
Ulcerative Colitis
Crohn's Disease

The larger the deal, the larger the upfront. Larger upfront helps guarantee the survival of the company and assures an uplist which are two things needed for us to get things back on track.
