Yes Blocksafe in a way will be public with the STO, but only partially. The STO tokens are linked to 10% of the revenues, which means that they will represent only a partial value of the company.
The tokens, IMO, may trade similar to a stock that also pays dividends, meaning that if the dividends are high, then people will bid up the value of the tokens themselves.
