Details of the buyback are as follows.

For ever 100 million TPAC shares investors surrender, Bill will issue 1 Series Z Preferred shares at a par value of 0.0000

For Every billion TPAC shares investors surrender, Bill will issue 10 Series Z Preferred shares at a par value of 0.0000

Anyone owning 10 billion or more shares that are willing to surrender them will get a 1% stake in TPAC.

All TPAC certificates must be requested from your individual broker to quality. Once the certificates are turned over to Bill he will issue the Series Z shares.
