I wasn't doubting the LOI I was just showing you what others were thinking of the MJ deal Shifthouse BC.. its fine you are happy with a LOI
I'm not happy with how he is handling the share reduction/name change, I have been here since 04/2016. He is doing a good job of growing the business and I do believe it will become very profitable Company .
To me this was a Company to invest in for the long run but after 2-1/2 years you don't keep shooting yourself in the foot as he has done.
