There is a lot of talk if the is will be an IPO or PO.
Do you think a new company will be formed with the merger and an IPO.
Will nfusz will have to complete the purchase agreement of sound concept prior to the start of the IPO so investors buying the new shares will know the value of both companies combined?
In that case the PPS of fusz is irrelevant, but not sure if this is how it will be done.
What will happened to our shares, will we get the same number of shares of the new company?
Anyone knows of similar mergers in the past and if it can be done?
