It just occurred to me that the validation of SFOR’s patents through this appeal process is just as vital to BST as it is to SFOR, maybe more. BST technolgy is SFOR technology! Without the patents BST will not be unique thus not as valuable. Much depends on the outcome of this appeal process. Would BST be moving forward if the outcome wasn’t pretty much a slam dunk???? Things that make you go hmmmm!
