Nope, i believe its irrelevant where the pps is before the IPO.
The IPO will happen and we we'll get a fair/true value of what Nfusz will be worth on the NASDAQ (including Sound Concepts) thats Global Alliances Partners's role that they will play, valuing the new company for its true value.
Keep in mind that the institutional investors on the NASDAQ can't buy shares on the OTC because of rules/restrictions.
They'll be happy to pay $7 (just an example) for it when they IPO on the NASDAQ knowing its potential and knowing its going much much higher in 2019 and beyond.
Thats why i believe Rory has been so confident of uplisting to the NASDAQ because the way he is executing his masterplan is genius!
We'll soon find out anyway, if how i interpret it, is the correct way.
