I think that is one of the biggest errors made in trading. Folks bail at the lowest point out of fear and lack of patience just before major news hits. They spelled out things quite clearly in the letter to shareholders on August 31st:

Over the past two months, with the guidance of the OTC Workouts team and our Paranotek CEO, Mick Davis, we have taken steps to transform the company. We are reorganizing the executive personnel, developing new products, forging key strategic relationships, recapitalizing the company and remediating our company debt. In a few short weeks, I will be introducing changes to our executive management team, a new name for our company as well as a new product and release date.
