Did not see that in the 10K, but it sure seems that a "global pharmaceutical" company would be very interested in patents outside the US for B-OM. Pretty amazing that the FDA (QIDP designation), Sullivan and Big Pharma (term sheet) have validated the science and there are still plenty of naysayers out there.
