No doubt, education first and foremost should have preceded use. Unfortunately, though health hazards resulting from alcohol and tobacco use will remain part of the educated. It’s a matter of being responsible. “Responsible” consumption of alcohol and tobacco as far as the gov’t is concerned is being of age. Whatever the consumer does is up to the consumer. Does that mean it’s ok to drive under the influence? Hell no, there are still laws not designed to prevent but to hold accountable the consumer. There is no way to prevent minors from consuming under age but if there were a solid concern such as vaping which actually is the big topic of concern for use by minors, MYDX is paving the way for safety in terms of vaping use by the intended consumer. The responsibility/liability of the consumer using a smart vape is significantly reduced. When considering the same smart device is also being used for medicinal purposes exponentially improves the value of the product in terms of safety and efficacy.
