SETTLEMENT has to coming right ?!!! I mean there's just NO WAY
for the Judge not to have an ORAL if there was any question of
this SA REVERAL NOT happening.
R&G is one of the most respected law firms on the planet
who has NEVER LOST a case like this. For a Judge to
deny them an ORAL if he was intending anything other
than to NOT REVERSE
this case would go down as the worst judgement ever in
the history of cases.
So in other words for NO ORAL to be on the docket at this
point can only mean ONE THING IMO $$$$ SETTLEMENT $$$$
coming !!!!!!
