Sometimes poor quarterly results leak out before the actually SEC filing. Maybe that is what is happening to the pps. However, I can't imagine that the news would be any worse than what is expected........no revenue and no immediate prospects for revenue. Of course they could revise their projections and move some of the December, 2018 completion dates to 2019. I guess we will just wait and see.
