Good articles Mikeyt. This is all tied together and I suspect many do not realize how complicated it is. The Farm Bill designated the FDA as the lead enforcement agency, and I think that is a plus. However, cannabis has not been legalized on a national basis yet, and that remains a problem. This will be a step by step process with new laws relaxing regulations and various agencies adopting new policies as we move along the road to legal cannabis products. Legalization is closer than most think, but we have to crawl before we run.
