It appears that KB is making sure there is enough capital to continue moving forward with the plan outlined in the most recent PR's.
GenChoice clinicals should still be on track, and GenPrecis should be undergoing 3rd party lab testing right now.
These things take money and KB is not just sitting on his hands waiting for a J&J settlement.
