New President bought 77.5M shares (now 77.5K) before r/s by June 30 therefore paid around .4 > .6 (in current prices).
Legacy subsidiaries reverted to private & all previous preferred share agreements cancelled.
Same low O/S 1.8M.
Ticker change coming Sep 25 - ECOX requested.
Details of business sector of new company Eco Innovation Group, Inc and first project outlined.
All the above in combined Q2 / new company Disclosure filed yeterday - not PR'ed yet.
Expect ongoing PRs to start.
Expect upgrade to OTC Current within a day or so now filings up to date.
Spread had already closed up over .1 and .14s bought out before the above was filed.
