Hey Pete this isn’t a slam dunk so there is concern, maybe more like a layup at this point. With the delay and cost overrun for P Leo isn’t going for the big enchilada offering to BP IMO. Now he is breaking up the agreements. My beef is he was taking on too much risk and could have done B partnership last year, and we’d all be much happier. So people must not believe even this agreement will become binding; otherwise we’d have been much higher yesterday. I do believe it will become binding and can happen at any moment. We could see $5-$10 overnight. I also believe P will be successful. Nothing in the past trials indicate it would be otherwise. The Terms agreement already invalidated Mako’s article with BP completing their DD on B. Where is the enthusiasm for that one, which we all been waiting for sometime.
