$SFOR / SA : What is ironic is that SA has 31 patents issued till date, few related to Authentication which in turn utilizes the SFOR's '698 patent & they have none related to MFA over OOBA.
The closest that they have is '457 patent for Mobile multi factor single-sign-on authentication, '651 for Mobile multi factor single-sign-on authentication & finally '2715 for MOBILE MULTI FACTOR SINGLE-SIGN-ON AUTHENTICATION.
None of the above 3 patents is MFA over OOBA and utilizes OOBA to even get those patents.
It's not if , It's when. So, we all know why they moved to CA & chased Alice. Claim construction at NJ DC has put the nails on SA's coffin already like DUO, Centrify , VASCO & Gemalto.

SA reversal will PUT SFOR on the Rocket Ship as it will bring DUO, Centrify, Gemalto & Vasco as well. I won't be surprised if SFOR pops CRAZY when that day arrives & it's coming.
