They are also offering equity for $1m+ which ties in to what I was saying the other day about bigger fish having a chance to get positions of size that they in no way could currently buy in SFOR without catapulting the price into the stratosphere. The opportunity is here and after that, they have to buy SFOR stock, or acquire the company.
