The more I look at it the more sense it makes. Sorry if this sounds redundant but I am pretty sure I nailed it:
The US Food and Drug Administration approved the first cannabis-derived drug this week, but it can’t be sold until the Drug Enforcement Administration changes how it classifies the specific compound used
And here is a quote from Dr Dalton on 9/6/2018 (credit to idig):
Agencies have to approve our transactions
And it is not Finra
The US Congress is NOT referred to as an agency. THE FDA and DEA are. Dr Dalton insists that we are waiting on said agencies to approve transactions (probably sales). As we learned today, Agrimed is in production mode (thanks wharfrat). The only thing lacking are agency approvals of our transactions. I believe my DD about the FDA and DEA approving product is more plausible than the Farm Bill theory. Time will tell. Hopefully in the next week or two.
