Nobody ever said for sure that it's the farm bill. We were speculating. Even this is speculation but it does fit in with the timing and the FDA/DEA are all bureaucrats. Dr Dalton said he's waiting on bureaucrats to approve transactions, he never said that he's waiting on legislators to pass bills. No way they built a partnership over a year ago on the hope that in Sept 2018 the Congress might pass a bill in their favor. These guys are too smart for that imo!
