imho, that is the correct way to view this TPB.....the signing of a term sheet validates the B platform in contravention to the Mako assertions....lying about a term sheet being signed is a material misrepresentation that rises to the level of Fraud..if you think Leo would or did do that you should be out of the stock and in the waiting room of the nearest US Attorney

smarter investors than I have said for years that the B results derisked this stock...I have seen nothing that makes me believe they were wrong.
