Let’s get this straightened out as well. Nobody is involved with Pitchbook, that is simply the website/company where you can research members of other companies. The company is Dynamic Ventures, which includes Mike Starkweather, Corbin Hardy and Darryl Green.
This is not new DD, this subject has been brought up before. How I365 and others did not see this months ago when it was brought up is beyond me. This is one reason I check the other board as well, because information like this pops up.
The bashers on IHub used this information to link the three men together and it is obvious that they have a connection. They use this information to their advantage to show how these guys all got together to run a pump and dump. I wrote a very long piece (which I don’t have time to scroll through old IHub posts at this moment) summarizing how this could be a positive thing. How Dynamic Ventures likely helped finance this operation and in return each member got something. Mike was granted CEO position, Corbin got shares (which were likely split but issued in his name on Q) and Darryl was used as the public figure as he has the best resume of the bunch.
So the connection can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. Either they all teamed up to help fund Utopya or teamed up to steal our money. It has nothing to do with Pitchbook.
