I find it interesting that the milestone agreement with Aspire specifically mentioned an upfront agreement for B-OM with a minimum of double digit millions. Now we know that whoever the BP is changed the scope and wants B-OM and B-UP as well. That change seems to have delayed the deal some, but adds significantly to the potential in the short term due to the significant market for IBD. It also seems to point to the November conference IPIX was invited to....all of this considered, I wonder of George on liehub has any guesses about who the BP is? Haha...IMHO.
