Pete keep in mind the Aspire agreement is not reflected in this 10K. Now we know why it is needed unless we get a partnership. We all knew more funding was needed. It does read dire, but that is prior to Aspire, and key they signed a non binding agreement. Which means a BP is taking the next steps. Normally they offer what is fair to keep the relationship healthy. The funding situation sounded worse than most would have understood. We knew they had trouble paying the CRO. On the converse side, the near term outlook looks really good in the coming weeks. They got invited to that conference, that is no coincidence.
