If David would just wake up and maybe reach out to some potential partners such as Roku we all still might have a chance to walk away smiling. I would think Roku would pay up big to obtain all the valuable 4K tech embedded within UF. Currently the "Roku channel" only offers HD free content with its revenue coming from ads. UF would offer an additional revenue source for Roku and also transform all of Roku's current and future content to 4K via 4K Studios.

David are you listening? If and I say "if" the loan is not going to happen can you at least try to salvage some value for NTEK SH's who have been taken to the cleaners?
