Good place to test connectivity with it being so remote.... would be pretty low cost also, to come in and get going with not a lot of capital. I don't think theyre trying to corner the market on phone sales in Kansas, but it would be an excellent place to test them. What do I know tho, Im just a Stooge. NYUK! NYUK! NYUK!
