This is especially important when you expect to do a pop in inspection like you were a damn 5 star general or a big bucks investor.
Can't be big bucks or I'm sure he'd know the name of the grow operation, less he's just burning through an inheritance. Investors like that usually don't have big bucks for long less they're shit house lucky. No common courtesy and no common sense. Most importantly, NO CREDIBILITY!!!
