I was surprised to see that statement but I'm certainly in agreement. In fact I'm even more lenient and would say there would be no reason to buy until PTOI at least proves there would be some value to the processors. Actual execution might not be necessary before it's worth buying. Yes the price would immediately be higher if value was proven and investors might miss out...but simply hoping that there's value doesn't give an investor any advantage.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
