As far as I am concerned, SB is allowed to post ANYTHING he wants to in the quarterly disclosures. They don't necessarily have to be on the up and up. His boilerplate language allows him to cover is his behind. Just because SB says OS reduction will happen doesn't mean that it is legally allowed. It's been almost 9 months since the State of Delaware issue was last discussed. The very issue that is holding up the move to Colorado. The issue that has not been disclosed in disclosure filings.

IMO, until Delaware gets settled, Colorado isn't going to mean anything.

Why is Berman so quiet on Delaware when resolution could mean full progress on his move to Colorado and the transition to Hexagon Holdings?
